Our Curriculum
‘Being the BEST we can be in all that we do’
At Kings Worthy, we strive to enable children to think for themselves, to become curious, to engage with life imaginatively and discover their own minds, to establish their own values and measures of success.
We want children to be lifelong learners who embrace the challenge and enjoyment of learning, therefore we have chosen topics for them to study that we know will inspire them, add depth to existing knowledge and expose them to ideas that will be meaningful as they move through school and into adulthood. We deliver a curriculum that we know pupils will remember well beyond primary school because of the experiences we create, the activities they engage in and the valuable, enriching conversations our topics promote.

Google Classroom
Google Classroom is a free and secure learning network for teachers, students and schools that we have set up to ensure that all our pupils have access to the curriculum at all times. It provides a safe way for us to connect, share content, access homework, participate in discussions and receive class information. Google Classroom is accessible online and through any mobile devices with Internet capabilities—including iPhone, iPad and Android devices. It is used as an educational tool and will be used strictly for educational purposes. The teachers have created accounts for all children in Years 2 -6 (Reception and Year 1 use Tapestry) and below are some useful guides should you wish to explore Google Classroom further.
